State Expands PM SVANidhi Outreach to Strengthen Urban Livelihoods, Ensures Easy Access to Working Capital for Vendors

Bhubaneswar, Mar, 24:  To financially empower urban street vendors, the PM SVANidhi scheme has been extended to 140 Census Towns in the state. Under this scheme, collateral-free loans ranging from Rs5,000 to Rs50,000 are provided in the first phase. Additionally, beneficiaries who repay their installments regularly are eligible for a 7percent interest subsidy.
