State Government Announces Same-Day Full Pension for Teachers, Ensuring Financial Security After Retirement

Jeypore, April 03:  Teacher Shri Narayan Chandra Das of Hatkanga Upgraded High School under the Jeypore Block Education Office, and teacher Smt. Panigrahi of Indira Colony Primary School, Jeypore, were due to retire from service on 31.03.2026. Prior to their retirement, the government sanctioned their full pension.
On this occasion, the Jeypore Block Education Office handed over the full pension approval orders to both the retiring teacher and teacher.
Block Education Officer of Jeypore, Chandan Kumar Nayak, presented the pension sanction orders and wished them a happy and peaceful post-retirement life. Departmental officer Shri Rajendra Narayan Padhi and senior assistant Shri Shashibhushan Dash were also present and prayed for their well-being and happiness after retirement.
Senior assistant Shri Shashibhushan Dash stated that since both teachers had submitted their documents on time, it was possible to sanction their full pension before retirement. He further added that over the past few months, teachers have been receiving full pensions on the very day of retirement. He emphasized that if teachers remain proactive and submit their documents before retirement, they can receive their full pension on the day they retire every month.
