New Delhi , February 6, 2026 :
Rachna Sharma, founder of Phuro Innovations, on Friday issued an emergency global briefing warning that the world has entered what she described as a phase of “Violation of Natural Law,” with the Himalayan region—often referred to as the “Third Pole”—emerging as a critical climate, seismic and geopolitical flashpoint.
She outlined these concerns while addressing a LIVE Press Release online.
Sharma said the Earth crossed the 1.5°C legal temp set by International court of Justice, According to her, the breach threatens not only ecological stability but also the planet’s tectonic and biological foundations, she calls it Planet Engineering.
According to Phuro Innovations, its research framework draws on the SHIVA & GAIA hypothesis” Sharma argued that human activity has compressed millions of years of natural carbon accumulation into approximately 175 years, pushing atmospheric carbon levels beyond anything Earth has experienced in the last 4.5 million years.
Himalayas flagged as tipping point
The briefing placed particular emphasis on the Himalayan belt, which Sharma described as the epicentre of the current crisis. Citing recent seismic mapping, she quoted BIS scientific data, that the entire Himalayan region now falls under Zone VI, the highest seismic risk category, potentially placing 61% of India’s land area and nearly 70% of its population at risk of major earthquakes.
She also referred to climate modelling tools such as MIT Sloan’s En-ROADS and simulations by NASA, stating that high-altitude regions in South Asia are warming faster than the global average. These tools are hosting data for the last 200 years of carbon consumption by humanity. According to her, rapid glacial melt and permafrost thaw in the Himalayas is releasing trapped methane & carbon, triggering a feedback loop that intensifies warming. “This is where geology meets geopolitics,” she said.
Emissions responsibility and China’s role
Sharma identified China as the world’s largest greenhouse gas emitter. She said delaying emissions peaking targets until 2030 would be incompatible with the urgency imposed by what she termed “Natural Law.”
At the same time, she framed the situation as an opportunity for China to reposition itself globally by leveraging its manufacturing capacity to lead the green hydrogen economy and supply affordable green energy worldwide.
*Call for diplomacy and President Macrons Diplomatic Leadership
Calling for neutral diplomacy, Sharma officially calls France & President Macron to engage China in negotiations aimed at safeguarding the Himalayan ecosystem as part of broader global climate governance. In Response to China’s proposal of a New World leader, President Macron must act and save the planet.
She also proposed The solution via the “Ecological Framework” she calls the Venn Diagram of Peace. A new Intergovernmental organization based on the political philosophy of “The Natural Law” backed by scientific data from NASA & Enroads and diplomatic accountability of neutral geopolitics at this sensitive topic – The Third Pole.
Appealing for leadership from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Sharma invoked the cultural and spiritual significance of the Himalayas in Indian tradition, referring to the mountain range as the “soul of the Devas.” She advocated a cooperative framework combining China’s manufacturing strength, France’s diplomatic influence, and India’s spiritual heritage to address climate risks and regional stability.
