Dabugam, March 23: A training camp on the theme “Aspiration and Success, Become Leaders of Change” was conducted on Monday at the Block Conference Hall of Dabugam in Nabarangpur district.
The programme was inaugurated by BDO Samir Kumar Patra. Training was provided on topics such as higher education, various educational schemes, social security, and different welfare programmes under social security initiatives.
The session also covered subjects including the Mid-Day Meal scheme, student development initiatives, the PM SHRI school scheme, free uniforms and textbooks for students, and hostel facilities in schools.
Under social security schemes, training was given on the Madhu Babu Pension Scheme for the elderly, widows, and persons with disabilities, as well as various family welfare schemes.
The training was imparted by Block Welfare Extension Officer Aditya Narayan Rath, Panchayat Development Officer Padmanabha Bhalla, Panchayat Executive Officer A.D. Prasad, and Skill Block Coordinator Monal Parida.
Participants included Panchayat Executive Officers Dibyashankar Pujari, Rupali Mandal, Kamini Harijan, Naresh Chandra Jaal, three Assistant Development Officers (ADOs), two Gram Rozgar Sevaks, 30 Anganwadi workers, and 20 ASHA workers.
