Odisha Government to Launch Mobile App for Easy Access to Revenue Certificates

7th March 2025: The Odisha government is preparing to roll out a new mobile app in April that will allow people to obtain various revenue certificates online. Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari shared that the app will help citizens apply for documents like caste, income, and residence certificates directly from their smartphones, eliminating the need to visit tehsil offices.

Currently, people have to endure long waits and travel to government offices to get these certificates. With the new app, they will be able to apply and track their applications digitally, streamlining the entire process. Once the application is submitted, the certificates will be issued within a specified timeframe.

Minister Pujari stressed that the government is dedicated to making public services more accessible and efficient, ensuring that citizens no longer need to spend time and effort on unnecessary office visits. This move is expected to bring more convenience and transparency to the system, benefiting many across the state.
