Participants included district collectors, child welfare committee members, and child protection officers who exchanged ideas on reducing reliance on institutional care and strengthening local adoption networks.
Senior officials such as W&CD Principal Secretary Shubha Sarma and CARA CEO Bhavna Saxena also contributed to the event. The conclave marks a vital step forward in Odisha’s commitment to ensuring every child’s right to a nurturing family, identity, and sense of belonging.
