Pradhanpat , 13th Oct 2025: As part of the Swachhata Pakhwada (Cleanliness Fortnight), the District Tourism Department organized a mass cleanliness drive at the scenic Pradhanpat Waterfall area.
The initiative was coordinated by Lakshman Aman, Deputy Collector and District Tourism Officer of Rampur. The cleanliness program was inaugurated by District Collector Rabindu Kumar Sahu as the chief guest.
Other key officials present at the event included:

- Beka Dilug, Additional Collector
- Anil Kumar Mishra, District Superintendent of Police
- Prakshita Sahu, Deputy Collector
- Arun Kumar Behera, Additional Forest Ranger
- Hem Kumar Singh and Tapas Kumar Mahar, sons of Sahadari Sub-Collector Ishwar
- Karsha Mallik, Tahasildar of Debagata
- Shishir Puhan, District Welfare Officer
- Manoranjan Sutar, DIPRO (Information & Public Relations Officer) in charge
Additionally, NCC cadets from Debagata College, municipal sanitation workers, and forest staff actively took part in the program.
Together, all participants carried out a thorough cleaning of the entire Pradhanpat waterfall area, promoting awareness about environmental cleanliness and eco-tourism.
