Bhubaneswar, 21st Nov 2025: During the day, he used to prepare bio-fertilizer for the kitchen garden, and today he is the owner of his own organic fertilizer company. He has become self-reliant and provides daily employment to 21 people. At a time when chemical fertilizers are widely used, he has successfully raised awareness among many farmers and taught them how to use bio-fertilizers. – Jitendra Maharana
