Bhubaneswar, Dec, 08: The Bhubaneswar Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) conducted its general meeting, during which appointment letters were issued to the newly elected office-bearers.
Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari, who attended the meeting, stated that from the coming December, issues related to apartments and land disputes will be resolved.
On this occasion, Sheikh Mairajul Haq took oath as the new President of the CREDAI Bhubaneswar Chapter.
Other office-bearers include:
Vice Presidents: Sarat Kumar Sahu, Manoj Kumar Sahu
Secretary: Kalinga Keshari Rath
Joint Secretaries: Saubhagya Sundar Raut, Naval Mahajan
Treasurer: Manmohan Agrawala
Members of the executive committee include Shashi Shekhar Gadababu, Abhay Kumar Panda, Aditya Das, Manas Kumar Behera, and Ashwini Kumar Padhi.
Former Works Department Minister Prithviraj Harichandan, who attended the event, said:
“After our government came to power, efforts for rapid overall development have begun. There are plans to build three ring roads within Bhubaneswar and one outer ring road outside the city. Within the next 3 to 4 years, we plan to prepare 10 million square meters of infrastructure for the development of the IT sector.”
Among the other dignitaries present were Ekamra MLA Babu Singh and MLA Safia Firdaus.
Founder member of CREDAI Odisha Madhu Mahanti administered the oath. Outgoing President Swades Kumar Rautaray and President-elect Umashankar Panigrahi were also present.
