Koraput, Dec, 08: The national festival Parab 2025, a grand confluence of tribal art, culture, and tradition, will be organized at Parab Padiya from the 18th to the 22nd of this month. The district administration is carrying out extensive preparations for the event. The Parab festival will be inaugurated in 10 days. Construction of the stage and stalls at Parab Padiya is progressing rapidly.
According to District Culture Officer Suryakant Behera, 70 food stalls and 380 Pallishree Mela stalls are being set up. Chairman of the Koraput Municipality Lalat Ranjan Sethi said that talented cultural troupes from various blocks and urban areas of the district, who have performed in earlier local events, will present their art on the Parab stage. He has urged all district residents to come and enjoy this year’s Parab festival.
