Puri, Dec, 30: Under the auspices of the Odisha Voluntary Organizations Federation, the District Voluntary Organizations Association organized the Odisha–2036 Vision: Developed Odisha conference along with the State-Level Utkalamani Seva Samman award ceremony at Sanskruti Bhavan, Puri.
The program was chaired by the Association President and former MLA Jayant Kanungo. Among those present on the dais were Deputy Director of the Information and Public Relations Department Santosh Kumar Sethi, former Municipal Chairman Gaurahari Pradhan, former President of the Puri Bar Association Bijay Kumar Mishra, Captain Sanjeev Kumar Muduli, Shri Mandir Managing Committee member Madhusudan Singhar, and Dr. Sangram Keshari Samantaray.
Speakers emphasized that “service to humanity is service to God,” and that service attains true fulfillment only when performed with dedication and a spirit of surrender. Presided over by Dharitri Sarangi, the guests expressed that selfless service brings inner joy and that true service always requires commitment and dedication.
Chief advisors of the organization, including Amarbar Dola, Chandamani Dei, and senior advocate Dhiren Ray, were present at the event. General Secretary Sandhyarani Rath presented details about the organization and the program.
On this occasion, volunteers and organizers from various parts of Odisha were felicitated. Renowned litterateur Shyam Prakash Senapati conducted the program. Organizer Lakshmi Narayan Das delivered the welcome address, while Krushna Chandra Das proposed the vote of thanks.
