Rayagada, Jan, 13: The state-level committees of the Biju Yuva Janata Dal and the Biju Chhatra Janata Dal have been announced. BJD youth leader Debashish Khadanga has been appointed as the State Senior Vice President of the Biju Yuva Janata Dal.
Similarly, in the Biju Chhatra Janata Dal, Vishnu Prasad Panda has been appointed as the State Executive President, and Binayak Palai has been appointed as the General Secretary.
In this regard, an official notification letter was issued on Saturday from Shankha Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, by the state party office. While party supremo Naveen Patnaik extended his greetings to all the newly appointed office bearers who have taken on responsibilities, leaders of the Rayagada district BJD also conveyed their congratulations after the three youth leaders from the district received state-level positions.
Those who extended their wishes include District President Jagannath Saraka, senior leader Sudhir Das, Satya Pathi, Rayagada Municipality Vice-Chairperson Shubhra Panda, and others.
