Baipariguda, Jan, 22: A cleanliness drive was carried out at the Baipariguda Community Health Centre (CHC), in which Block Programme Manager (BPM) Hemraj Panigrahi actively participated along with the sanitation workers. He worked side by side with the sweepers, assisting them in the cleaning activities and helping load the garbage onto waste-collection vehicles.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the community health centre is like our own home, and therefore it is everyone’s responsibility to keep it clean and hygienic, just like one’s house.
Seeing the BPM personally involved in the cleaning work, the sanitation workers felt highly encouraged and expressed that such leadership would boost the morale of employees. The initiative and hands-on approach of the BPM have been widely appreciated by various sections of society.
