Bhubaneswar, Feb, 19: A special hearing process will begin from the 16th to resolve various Aadhaar-related issues and complaints. This grievance hearing initiative is being organized by the State Department of Electronics and Information Technology. Citizens facing Aadhaar-related problems must first complete online registration.
For this, applicants are required to register their names through the official website of the Odisha Computer Application Centre (ocac.in).
After registration, applicants can personally meet the concerned officials at the grievance cell located at OCAC Tower in Bhubaneswar. Hearings will be held every Monday starting from 10:30 AM, where complainants can directly present their issues.
Through this step, the state government aims to ensure quick and transparent resolution of complaints related to Aadhaar services.
