Ominton Tournament 2026 Concludes with Divyajit and Abhaya as Winners

Phulbani, Feb, 27:  A badminton tournament was organized at Phulbani Indoor Stadium in memory of the Pulwama martyrs, under the district administration.
In the junior singles, Divyajit Mahanti emerged as the champion.
In the senior singles, Abhaya Sahu won the championship.
In the junior doubles, Divyajit Mahanti and Abhijit Kahar became champions.
In the senior doubles, Srikant Nanda and Rajiv Swain claimed the title.
The event’s main guests included RI Police Officer Birasingh Sabara, and as honored guests, RI Home Guard Balunkeshwar Kachhap and Police Sergeant Bhavani Shankar Nayak encouraged the winners by presenting certificates and trophies.
The district sports officer, Sameer Nayak, and coach Asim Kumar Nayak oversaw the match operations.
