Kotpad, Feb, 27: A retirement farewell ceremony was organized at Sargiguda Panchayat in honor of PEO Shri Sarat Kumar Dash.
At the Panchayat office, he was felicitated in the presence of the Samiti members, the Sarpanch, Ward Members, ADO, and Shri Gopal Lal.
