Farmers Get Relief as Paddy Purchase Extended After Token Lapse

Bhubaneswar,  Feb, 28:  Major announcement by Food Supplies Minister Krushna Chandra Patra regarding paddy procurement.
“Even if the token validity period expires, it will be extended by another 15 days.”
“All District Collectors in the state can extend this time period.”
“No farmer in the state will be excluded due to delay or any related issues.”
Paddy procurement will continue until March 31, said Krushna Chandra Patra.
