Administration Reviews Stock Position, Koraput Collector Appeals Against Panic Buying of Fuel

Koraput, Mar, 20: Manoj Satyawan Mahajan, District Collector of Koraput district, has issued an official statement regarding the fuel situation in the district.
He informed that the fuel situation in the district remains normal. There is an adequate stock of LPG cylinders available. Therefore, the general public need not panic or worry unnecessarily. Consumers have been advised not to resort to panic booking.
As per official data:
7,068 LPG cylinders (14.2 kg) are currently in stock.
697 LPG cylinders (19 kg) are available in stock.
Petrol: 562.55 kilolitres in stock.
Diesel: 866.55 kilolitres in stock.
This information has been provided by the District Supply Department. The Collector assured that there is no need for consumers to be anxious.
Strict action will be taken to prevent black marketing of LPG and other fuel products. To monitor the situation, a District-Level Monitoring Committee has been formed under the chairmanship of the District Collector.

District Welfare Officer
District Social Welfare Officer
Chief District Medical Officer
District Education Officer
Sub-Collectors of Koraput and Jeypore
Chief District Supply Officer
Controller of Legal Metrology
Officials of all oil supplying companies in the district
Additionally, for lodging complaints, the District Emergency
