Teachers Urge Students to Follow a Disciplined Lifestyle

Rasulpur,April 09:  An Innovation and Start-up competition was organized at Madhupur Degree College on the occasion of Odia Paksha celebration.
During the program, discussions were held on the role of youth in maintaining cleanliness (“Swachhata Hi Seva”) and leading a disciplined lifestyle. Degree students actively participated in the discussion.
The guests emphasized that if students maintain discipline in their daily lives, they can climb the ladder of success and achieve their goals.
The discussion session was chaired by History lecturer Sabita Mishra. Students presented various innovative ideas:
Student Ayesha Sahu spoke about eco-friendly bags to reduce environmental pollution.
Student Santosh Das discussed ways to achieve excellence in higher education.
Dharmajit Das highlighted modernization in tasar silk production at Gopalpur and its usefulness.
Satyabrata Rout and Shubhankar Mallick shared ideas on earning through creating social media reels.
Their presentations were informative and appreciated, and they were awarded prizes.
On this occasion, final-year degree students organized a food festival, where they prepared and presented various dishes as part of a competition.
College Principal Pradeep Kumar Das, along with guests including lecturer Barsha Mohanty, Dr. Benudhar Pradhan, and Bijay Kumar Mohanty, attended the event. Faculty members and non-teaching staff evaluated the students’ talents and awarded the winners.
In the food presentation competition, final-year +3 girl students emerged as champions.
Lecturer Binay Mohanty delivered the vote of thanks. Students of the college actively supported the smooth conduct of the program.
