Papadahandi, May 9: Somnath Pujari, the Papadahandi block representative of Nabarangpur MP and BJP candidate from Dabugaon in the last general election, has been appointed as the State Scheduled Tribe Morcha Secretary.
Known for his calm nature, simplicity, and polite personality, Somnath Pujari is regarded as a young face of the party.
Expressing gratitude for his new appointment, he thanked Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, State BJP President Manmohan Samal, local minister Nityananda Gond, MP Balabhadra Majhi, former MP Parshuram Majhi, Nabarangpur MLA Gourishankar Majhi, Jharigaon MLA Narsingha Bhatra, District Special Development Council Vice-Chairman Lingaraj Bhatra, and District BJP President Kunjabihari Das along with other local BJP leaders.
He stated that he would discharge his responsibilities in the new position with sincerity and dedication.
