Bhubaneswar,June 1: At a meeting held in Bhubaneswar under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, detailed discussions were held on how farmers of our region can conveniently sell their paddy, ensure quick issuance of tokens, and resolve the problems faced by farmers who received tokens for selling smaller quantities of paddy.
The meeting was attended by Hon’ble Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Minister Shri Krushna Chandra Patra, Hon’ble Sambalpur MLA Shri Jayanarayan Mishra, Bargarh MLA Shri Ashwini Kumar Sarangi, Bijepur MLA Shri Sanat Kumar Gartia, Chief Secretary Smt. Anu Garg, Principal Secretary of the Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, and Managing Director (MD) of the Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation (OSCSC) Shri K. Sudarshan Chakravarthy, with whom we participated in detailed discussions.
