Kalbaisakhi Effect: Capital City Records Massive 17-Degree Temperature Dip

Bhubaneswar, June 9:  Due to the Kalbaisakhi thunderstorm, the temperature in Bhubaneswar dropped by 17 degrees. 

Before the rain, the temperature had been recorded at 40.5°C. Under the impact of the rainfall, it fell by 17.6 degrees and currently stands at 22.9°C. Similar to Bhubaneswar, a slight reduction in heat has also been reported in other cities across Odisha.
