Kotpad, June 22 {UDN}: A Panchayat-level Grievance and Public Hearing Camp was organized at Chitra Panchayat under Kotpad Panchayat Samiti. During the camp, local residents brought various issues and grievances to the attention of the administration.
Complaints related to land matters, drinking water supply, roads and infrastructure, housing schemes, pensions, and other government welfare benefits were received and recorded.
The officials present assured the public that necessary steps would be taken for the prompt resolution of their problems. The public hearing camp provided an opportunity for people to directly interact with the administration and present their grievances.
Villagers welcomed the initiative and urged the authorities to organize such programs on a regular basis. Panchayat representatives, officials from various departments, and a large number of local residents attended the camp.
