Bhubaneswar, June 30 {UDN}: In a proud moment for Odisha, three distinguished personalities from the state have been honoured with the Padma Shri, one of India’s highest civilian awards. They received the prestigious honour from the President of India in recognition of their outstanding contributions to their respective fields.
