NIIT Limited, a leading skills and talent development corporation, today announced the fourth edition of the World Digital Architect Conclave (WDAC) 2026. This full-day summit marks the evolution of the flagship Digital Architect Conclave into a global platform, taking place on Friday, 03rd July 2026, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru. It will bring together enterprise and AI architects, engineering leaders, technology executives, and digital transformation experts to exchange ideas and shape the future of AI-first enterprises.

The theme for this year’s conclave, “Architecting for Tomorrow’s Experiences in an AI-First World”, reflects the evolving role of architects in designing intelligent, adaptive and responsible AI solutions to different industry verticals that balance innovation with governance while delivering business impact.

The speaker lineup includes distinguished technology leaders and practitioners such as:

  • Dr Anand Deshpande, Founder and Chairman, Persistent Systems

  • Devraj Sanyal, Chief AI & Data Science Officer, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub

  • Santanu Sinha, Chief Architect, PhonePe

  • Amiteshwar Seth, Senior Vice President and Global Delivery Head of AI & Data, Cognizant

Speaking on the occasion, Pankaj Jathar, Chief Executive Officer, NIIT Limited, said, “Technology is entering a new era where AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises innovate, operate and compete. As this transformation accelerates, Digital Architects will play a defining role in building intelligent, resilient and future-ready enterprises. The evolution of our flagship conclave into the World Digital Architect Conclave reflects both the growing global demand for architecture talent and India’s emergence as a leader in AI-centric innovation. Through WDAC, NIIT remains committed to nurturing world-class technology leaders and creating a platform where the global architecture community can collaborate, exchange ideas and shape the future of Intelligent & Autonomous enterprises.”

As enterprises worldwide accelerate AI adoption, cloud transformation and intelligent automation, the role of Digital Architects has become increasingly strategic. Today’s architects are expected to build resilient, scalable and secure technology ecosystems while embedding AI, trusted data foundations, governance and business outcomes into every architectural decision. At the same time, India’s emergence as a global hub for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and digital innovation has significantly increased the demand for architect-grade talent capable of leading complex, AI-led enterprise-wide transformation.

Dr. Vishnupriya Raghavan, Senior Vice President & Business Head – Enterprise IT Business, StackRoute, NIIT Ltd., said, “The architect’s role today extends far beyond technology design. Architects are increasingly responsible for connecting business strategies with AI, data, cloud, security and governance to deliver meaningful business outcomes. WDAC 2026 has been curated as a practitioner-first platform where technology leaders share systems, experiences, real architectural decisions, and lessons from building systems at scale. As enterprises navigate AI-first transformation, strengthening the global architecture community and developing next-generation architecture talent has never been more important.”

Building on the success of its previous editions, WDAC 2026 expands its vision to create a global community of architecture practitioners. Unlike traditional technology conferences, the conclave is designed as a practitioner-led platform where architects share real-world experiences, discuss architectural trade-offs, and learn from large-scale enterprise implementations for different industries. Through keynote sessions, panel discussions, architecture showcases, and an interactive poster competition, the event aims to foster peer learning and advance the discipline of digital architecture.
