Bhadrak, July 2: The headmaster of Binapani Nodal School in Chandabali block has been suspended following allegations that he attended school in an intoxicated state and misbehaved with staff members.
The teacher, identified as Srinath Das, is accused of using abusive language and acting inappropriately towards colleagues during school hours.
Following a preliminary inquiry, the Chandabali Block Education Officer ordered his immediate suspension pending further investigation.
The incident has drawn local concern, with residents calling for strict discipline and accountability in educational institutions.
