Bhubaneswar, July 17 [UDN}: Hon’ble Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati and Mukesh Mahaling at the inaugural programme of the National Service Camp organized jointly by the Indian Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, and Bharat Scouts and Guides on the auspicious occasion of the sacred Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath.
The dedication, discipline, and spirit of service demonstrated by the young volunteers, who have devoted themselves to serving lakhs of devotees during the Rath Yatra with a sense of commitment and selflessness, are truly commendable. Their support, especially in the field of healthcare services, carries immense importance. I pray that, with the blessings of Lord Jagannath, their noble service mission becomes successful and auspicious.
On this occasion, Director General (DG) of the Fire Services Department, Sudhanshu Sarangi, Padma Shri Sabarmati, Ganesh Chandra Patra, Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Odisha State Branch, along with several senior members of the organization and other dignitaries, were present.
