The career guidance programme will encourage students to explore diverse opportunities beyond traditional career choices and equip them with the knowledge needed to prepare for future academic and professional goals.
The state government said the initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening student support systems and ensuring that young learners receive timely guidance to build successful and meaningful careers.
The programme is expected to benefit thousands of students across Odisha by creating greater awareness about career planning, skill development, and opportunities in a rapidly changing job market.
