SCB Medical College and Hospital Development Reviewed by Mukesh Mahaling, Focus on Infrastructure Upgrade, Fire Safety and Expansion Works

Bhubaneswar,  July 22 UDN}:   Mukesh Mahaling visited SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack and chaired a review meeting held on the occasion. During the meeting, he reviewed the strengthening of the hospital’s infrastructure, the enhancement of fire safety measures across the hospital premises, and the status of the expansion and redevelopment works of SCB Medical College and Hospital.

During the visit, he inspected the construction sites of CN1 and CN4 of the new SCB building and reviewed the progress of the ongoing works. He also visited the PG Hostel, Resident Hostel, and residential quarters for Assistant Professors to assess the facilities and difficulties being faced there.

He directed the officials present to complete all ongoing construction projects on the hospital premises within the stipulated time frame while maintaining high-quality construction standards. He also instructed them to ensure a better and more conducive living environment for doctors and students.

On the occasion, Cuttack Sadar MLA Shri Prakash Chandra Sethi, Choudwar MLA Shri Souvik Biswal, the Health Secretary, and senior departmental officials were present.
