School Management Committee Constituted at Ambagaon Government Upper Primary School

Kotpad, July 25 UDN}:  A new School Management Committee (SMC) has been formed at Ambagaon Government Upper Primary School under Chandili panchayat in Kotpad block. A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Headmaster Pankaj Kumar Mahanti.
During the meeting, Mr. Mahanti asked the 16 members elected by the Parents-Teachers Association to elect one member as president and a woman member as vice-president. At the beginning of the meeting, outgoing SMC president Dewanath Harijan and other members were given a farewell felicitation.
Later, newly elected president Kedarnath Majhi and vice-president Rama Majhi were congratulated. Headmaster Pankaj Kumar Mahanti conducted the programme, while assistant teachers Krishna Tanti, Chaitanya Harijan and Sarita Barik extended their full cooperation.
