Bhubaneswar, July 28: Several housing projects developed by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA), with an investment of over ₹520 crore, are facing delays due to pending approvals and environmental clearances.
Despite being largely completed, many flats remain unoccupied as the process of inauguration and allotment is yet to begin.
The delay has affected homebuyers waiting for possession of affordable housing units. Authorities are working to resolve the pending issues and make the completed projects available to residents.
