Bandhugaon, July 31 UDN}: A joint public grievance hearing camp was organized by the Koraput district administration on Monday at the Panchayat Samiti conference hall in Bandhugaon block. Koraput Additional District Magistrate Naresh Chandra Sabar and Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Benudhar Sabar, attended the camp and directly listened to various grievances and problems raised by local residents.
During the hearing, the officials instructed the concerned departmental authorities to take necessary steps for the speedy resolution of the issues raised by the public. A total of 34 complaints were received at the camp, including 16 individual grievances and 18 collective complaints.
District-level officials from various departments of Koraput district were also present at the programme and participated in the grievance redressal process.
