Bhubaneswar, Aug 5 [UDN}:President Droupadi Murmu, who is on a three-day visit to Odisha, today inaugurated the Jagadguru Kripalu University at Baantara under Dampada Tehsil of Cuttack district.
Addressing the gathering organised on the occasion, the President emphasised the importance of developing moral education along with modern knowledge. She highlighted that education should focus not only on academic excellence but also on building values and character among students.
President Murmu advised the university authorities to give special priority to providing educational opportunities to underprivileged sections, tribal communities, and girls, ensuring inclusive growth in the field of education.
