Bhubaneswar, Sept 3 [UDN}:The countdow n to the Panchayat elections has begun! To ensure that voting is conducted on schedule, the State Election Commission has taken another step forward. A notification has been issued finalising the colours of the ballot papers.
Meanwhile, the BJP is preparing to reach out to the people through the “Seva Sankalp Yatra”, beginning on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. On the other hand, the opposition BJD and Congress are also working on their election strategies.
