Odisha Lok Bhavan Creates National Record by Becoming the Country’s First Lok Bhavan to Receive Green Building Certification

Bhubaneswar,  Sept 4 [UDN}:Odisha Lok Bhavan has received Green Building certification, becoming the first Lok Bhavan in the country to be granted such recognition. The prestigious certification was presented by the Chairperson of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). This recognition marks an important milestone for Odisha and reflects the state’s growing commitment to environmentally sustainable infrastructure, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly development.

With this achievement, Odisha Lok Bhavan has set an example as the first Lok Bhavan in India to receive Green Building recognition, highlighting the importance of adopting sustainable practices in major government and public institutions.
