Bhubaneswar: Sept 8 [UDN}:The Panchayat elections in the state are likely to be conducted in five phases, with the polling process expected to take place either towards the end of March or during the first week of April. The proposed multi-phase election schedule is expected to ensure the smooth and systematic conduct of the electoral process across different parts of the state.
