Bhubaneswar, Sept 15 [UDN}: A wave of excitement and joy has been witnessed at Nandankanan Zoological Park in Odisha, where the orangutans are attracting visitors with their playful and affectionate behaviour. The orangutans have been seen happily playing with toys, holding them tightly and spending long periods engaged in playful activities.
What has particularly caught the attention of visitors is their strong bonding with the animal caretakers. The orangutans are reportedly reluctant to leave the caretakers’ arms and can often be seen clinging to them affectionately. Their innocent and playful gestures have created a delightful atmosphere at the zoo, with visitors enjoying the rare opportunity to watch the animals closely.
The caretakers, who regularly look after the orangutans and attend to their daily needs, have developed a close relationship with them. The animals’ comfort and trust around their caregivers are clearly visible as they continue to seek their company even while playing with the toys provided to them.
