Kotpad: Sept 21 [UDN}:A district-level public grievance hearing camp was held today at the Kotpad Panchayat Samiti office in Koraput district, providing local residents an opportunity to directly place their complaints and concerns before the district administration.
The grievance hearing was conducted in the presence of the Koraput District Collector and officials from various district-level government departments. Members of the public attended the camp and presented their individual as well as community-related grievances before the authorities.
The participating officials heard the complaints and concerns raised by the people and discussed the issues with the concerned departments. The hearing provided a platform for residents to seek administrative intervention and follow-up action on matters related to various government services and local development issues.
The district administration’s participation in the camp was aimed at bringing grievance redressal services closer to the people and ensuring that public complaints are examined at the appropriate administrative level.
