Bhubaneswar, Sept 29 [UDN}: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has started the online application process for 496 residential flats at Ekamra Residency in Bhubaneswar. Interested applicants can apply online for the housing units, with the last date for submission of applications set for October 31, 2026.
The housing initiative is aimed at providing residential accommodation in the state capital through a BDA-developed housing project. Applicants interested in purchasing a flat under the scheme can submit their applications within the stipulated deadline.
The announcement has drawn attention among prospective homebuyers in Bhubaneswar, particularly those looking for housing options developed under the city’s planned residential projects.
