Bhubaneswar, Oct 3 [UDN}:Retired senior IAS officer Trilochan Majhi has been appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister of Odisha, with the rank of Additional Secretary, for a period of one year.
Majhi had recently retired from his position as Additional Secretary in the Home Department of the Odisha Government. He is also known for his administrative experience and had earned recognition during his tenure as the Collector of Bhadrak district.
The appointment is expected to enable the experienced former bureaucrat to contribute to the Chief Minister’s Office in an advisory and administrative capacity.
He has been extended best wishes for his new responsibility.
