9th December 2024: To tackle rising customer dissatisfaction with after-sales services, electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers are ramping up efforts to grow their service networks. Companies like Ola Electric, Ather Energy, Kinetic Green, and Bjos are enhancing service offerings to improve customer satisfaction.

Ather Energy has launched its premium “Ather Gold Service Centers,” starting with the first center in Nashik. Ola Electric plans to increase its store count to 4,000 nationwide, catering to both urban and rural customers. Kinetic Green, with over 500 dealerships, is also focusing on after-sales services.
These initiatives aim to strengthen EV support infrastructure and boost customer experience across India.
