Bhubaneswar, Jan 3: The Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department will host the three-day ‘Krushi Odisha 2025’ event from January 3 to 5 at Biju Patnaik Playground. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will inaugurate the event, with other key officials in attendance.

The theme of Krushi Odisha 2025, “A Step towards Sustainable Food System,” will focus on Climate Smart Agriculture, Organic Farming, and Water Governance. The event will feature technical sessions on topics like Climate Resilient Food Systems, Soil Health, and Sustainable Water Practices, with over 200 stalls displaying agricultural technologies and products.
Expected to attract around 10,000 participants, including farmers, entrepreneurs, and researchers, the event aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices and investment opportunities in the sector. Interactive activities like quizzes, debates, and a Farmer Facilitation Centre will also be part of the program.
