Bhubaneswar, Feb 20: Odisha’s mobility app, Yatri, has achieved a major milestone by crossing one lakh rides in just 45 days. Launched by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, the app is gaining popularity in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack for its focus on safety, transparency, and ease of use.
Unlike traditional ride-hailing services, Yatri operates on a zero-commission model, allowing drivers to keep all of their earnings. This has led to improved driver income and better service for passengers, with added features like real-time tracking and direct integration with emergency services.
Supported by the government, Odisha Yatri is emerging as a trustworthy alternative to private ride-hailing platforms.
