Bhubaneswar,19th May 2o25: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, is expected to declare the Plus Two examination results within this week, most likely on May 21 or 22. Although an official date is yet to be confirmed, preparations for result publication are in their final stages.

As per sources in the School and Mass Education Department, the official result booklet will be unveiled at the CHSE office, following which students can check their individual results on the CHSE website.

A department official stated that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure the timely release of results so that students’ academic schedules remain unaffected. Although the answer sheet evaluation faced slight delays, particularly during the first phase, swift measures were implemented to complete the process on time.

This year, answer scripts were evaluated in two phases, involving over 16,000 teachers. Nearly 24 lakh answer sheets were assessed — 15 lakh through offline mode and 9 lakh through online evaluation. In the first phase, around 3,500 teachers were engaged in online checking, and about 4,500 handled offline evaluations. However, some teachers could not participate due to personal or logistical issues, causing minor disruptions.

As a result, the evaluation process for Science and Commerce subjects at several e-evaluation centers, as well as for Arts and Vocational subjects, experienced brief delays. The first phase delay also impacted the timeline of the second phase. Between April 16 and 28, nearly 8,000 evaluators were engaged in completing the process.

This year, unlike previous sessions, the results for all streams — Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational — are expected to be released simultaneously. An official confirmation of the result date is anticipated by Tuesday.
