Bhubaneswar, May 30: In a move aimed at advancing educational access and supporting national development, KIIT University has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard.
The partnership focuses on creating academic opportunities for personnel of the armed forces and their families. It will enable them to pursue higher education, skill enhancement, and professional training through KIIT’s diverse programs and resources.
The agreement was formalized during a ceremony in Bhubaneswar, with key representatives from all three institutions in attendance. The initiative highlights KIIT’s dedication to inclusive growth by extending the benefits of quality education to those serving in the defense sector.
This collaboration is expected to foster mutual exchange in the areas of research, innovation, and capacity building—further strengthening the bridge between academia and national service.
