Aadi Karmayogi Training Conducted at District Level

Malkangiri, 9th Sept 2025: Under the chairmanship of Additional District Collector Somnath Pradhan, a three-day district-level Aadi Karmayogi Training Program has been successfully conducted. In this training, block-level officers from departments such as Education, Health, Rural Development, Women and Child Development, Panchayati Raj, Scheduled Tribes, and Scheduled Castes Development participated.

During the training, participants were imparted knowledge through group discussions, presentations, and various games in a highly effective manner. The trainees took a pledge to serve with dedication and commitment for the formation of a developed Odisha by 2036 and a developed India by 2047, working diligently as responsible administrators for the comprehensive development of villages.

The training aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and mindset of government officials for successful implementation of programs at the grassroots level. The trainers included representatives from Video Mathuli, Video Malkangiri, Video Kalimela, Project Officers from Women and Child Development, Executive Engineers of Rural Development, Deputy Rangers, District Epidemic Experts, and Program Managers from the Piramal Foundation.

On collecting feedback from the trainees, they expressed that they had never received such comprehensive training related to rural program preparation before and welcomed the training with great enthusiasm.

At the conclusion of the training, Project Director of ITDA Malkangiri, Vishwanath Mishra, extended his thanks to all the trainers and participants.
