Administration Provides Clarification on LPG e-KYC Drive to Ensure Smooth and Hassle-Free Verification

Bhubaneswar, Mar, 23:  The Union Ministry of Petroleum has issued a clarification regarding e-KYC for LPG consumers.
The e-KYC system is meant only for unauthorized LPG users.
It is not mandatory for all LPG consumers to complete e-KYC.
LPG consumers who have not yet completed e-KYC should do so.
If a consumer is not a beneficiary of PMUY and has already completed e-KYC earlier, there is no need to do it again.
The Ministry has also stated that consumers can complete the e-KYC process from the comfort of their homes.
