Administration Steps Up Preparations to Ensure a Safe and Incident-Free Rath Yatra as Approximately 2.5 Million Pilgrims Are Likely to Gather

Bhubaneswar,  July 3 {UDN}:  The administration has placed special emphasis on ensuring an incident-free Rath Yatra this year. Nearly 2.5 million devotees are expected to participate in the grand festival. To manage the massive gathering, additional security forces have been deployed, while temporary toilets, CCTV surveillance systems, and drinking water facilities have been arranged for the convenience and safety of pilgrims.

Authorities have also strengthened crowd management measures and emergency response systems. Medical teams, help desks, and traffic control personnel will remain on duty throughout the festival. Devotees have been urged to follow official guidelines and cooperate with authorities for a safe and smooth Rath Yatra experience.
