Bhubaneswar, 5th Aug 2025: The Department of Higher Education has issued a notification for admission into the 3-year Integrated B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses. The online application process will commence tomorrow (Monday). Students can apply online till the 17th of this month.
The first merit list for admissions will be published on August 22, and the admission process for the first round will be completed by September 13.
If applicants find any mistakes in their forms, a correction window will be available on August 18.
Applicants selected in the first merit list must complete their admission between August 23 and 26.
The second and final merit list will be released on September 1, and admissions for that round will take place between September 2 and 4.
A third round (waiting list/spot selection) will be published on September 8, and the eligible candidates’ list will be published on September 9, with admission scheduled for September 10 and 11.
As per the official guidelines, an applicant can give preferences for a maximum of four institutions.
If a student mistakenly clicks on the “Freeze” or “Slide Up” option, they will have the opportunity to revert it during admission using OTP verification.
If any student does not submit their College Leaving Certificate (CLC) at the time of admission, they can give an undertaking and submit the CLC within 15 days.
Classes are scheduled to begin from September 8.
Admissions will be based on career marks (i.e., academic performance).
