Papadahandi, 29th Aug 2025:At Nuaguda village under Beheda Panchayat of Umerkote Block in Nabarangpur district, urea fertilizer was distributed today at the Alekh Mahima Fertilizer Office.
Farmers often face severe difficulties in procuring urea fertilizer during the cultivation season. While some genuine dealers provide fertilizer to farmers at the right time, a few registered dealers resort to black marketing, charging farmers extra money and exploiting them.
In such a situation, GGIE Kachandra Ganda, owner of Alekh Mahima Fertilizer Godown, has earned appreciation from farmers by distributing fertilizers at the proper price. Today, 150 packets of fertilizer were distributed among 75 farmers at the godown. Agriculture Overseer Sunanda Panda was also present during the distribution.
